Our good friend Richard Fortus of Guns 'n' Roses mentioned the idea to me a while ago that the Telecaster design that we all love can actually be optimized to make it more adaptable to more modern guitar tones and/or more versatile. Flipping the slant for the bridge pickup and reversing the headstock significantly affects the tone by making it more balanced, with bigger and tighter bass response and less harsh highs. It's actually quite fascinating.
So we decided to give it a go with this very vintage inspired T-style model.
The alder body was tastefully nitro lacquered in beautiful sunburst. The neck is a vintage nitro finished WD Music one piece maple neck.
We equipped this guitar with our own custom made "VIPlate" bridge plate with reversed pickup orientation and genuine compensated Joe Barden saddles. The 3-ply faux tortoise pickguard was custom made and aged for us.
The bridge pickup is a Fender 52 pickup that we rewound to original specs, at the neck we have one of our VIP T5.3 pickups - currently my personal favorite Tele neck pickups. We also installed a set of matching 280k VIPots and a .033 MFD NOS PIO cap.
Comes with one of our coveted VIP hoodies.
Like with all guitars, you may have to adjust the setup to your liking. As of now, it is set up with D'Addario 10s and plays effortlessly with low action.

Return policy
We offer a 24 hr approval period on this guitar. The customer pays all shipping and insurance costs both ways. Before returning any item, customers must start a return request. Returned items must be in the same condition as when they left the store. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense. Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
